Are you sure about the 60 front, mine has a 50. If you look on the tag of the rear diff cover you will see a 10.25 or 10.50, These are Sterling axles and they look the same. One has a 10.25" ring gear and the other has a 10.50". I think that is all they came with. Unless you have a dually. Then you might have a 60 in front and I cant help you ...

Received 17 Likes on 17 Posts. I believe it may have synthetic oil in from factory. The rear axle is a Dana axle (should be a D80) so I believe it takes a 75w90 or 80w90 gear oil. (check your owners manual) But I would put synthetic in it regardless. It is easy to change diff oil just use the proper sealant to seal the cover.
